Webinar with Story Grammar Marker & animated videos

In the past months, I've talked to lots of therapists, parents and students about how teletherapy has been working for them. And I hear mixed results. Some love it. Some have grown to put up with it or even enjoy it, and some absolutely despise it. Honestly, I have had days/hours/sessions when I have felt all those feelings!

During these challenging times, I have also found myself blessed with new relationships, exciting novel activities to integrate into my sessions, and long-planned-but-never-actually-executed collaborations.

I met Maryellen Rooney Moreau many years ago at one of Michelle Garcia Winner's early Social Thinking Providers Conferences. I loved her immediately (who doesn't?) An amazing thinker, a prolific producer of wonderful materials, an engaging presenter, and, overall, a very special person. Over the years we would meet at conferences and chat about possible ways of putting some of ideas together. But time has a way of passing quickly, and busy lives easily get in the way of executing plans.

That's why I am SO excited thatWednesday June 3rd- yes - this coming Wednesday, Maryellen and I will be hosting a free webinar discussing how animated videos can be used to build narrative, discourse, and social understanding. We will feature a terrific video,Soar, by Alyce Tzue to frame our conversation. Here's the link - please join us - I am sure our discussion will be lively!
